All advisory engagements are subject to a formal agreement outlining specific services, timelines, and applicable fees. Details are provided prior to service commencement.

Property values and market conditions are subject to fluctuation. Radha Homes Property provides market insights but does not guarantee investment returns or future appreciation. Information provided on properties is based on data from owners and public records. Clients must conduct independent verification; we are not liable for discrepancies. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in Gautam Buddha Nagar. Our liability is limited to fees paid.
